Relaxation Techniques – Learn
how to relax properly (Physically, Mentally, Duration: 15hrs in 10 Classes Meditation Course Based on the Traditional method, Meditation technique will be taught to the practisioner who are interested to enjoy the inner silence and peace. Duration: 10hrs in 10 Classes Open Class Yoga is beneficial only with regular practice. The centre offers classes on alternative days. Those who are interested to practice under the guidance of the Teacher can join the class. Intermediate Class This course is conducted for the students who need intense practice and to attain perfection on Advanced Asanas, Advanced Pranayama, Mudras, Energisation Techniques, Relaxation Techniques and Meditation.
